I am not going to knock her for her belief.
I do not share it, I do not care who gets married.

However how can she not understand that there is this thing called the separation of church and state. So as much as she clings to her bible, she holds an office in government and cannot impart religious beliefs as she carries out her duties.

More importantly, her religious beliefs aside, she's an agent of the state and the state holds no religion, therefore she can't legally claim its a violation of her rights.
