Let me break it down for you anyway: 1 - Congress passes a bill allowing Americans to sue Saudi Arabia for supporting terrorism. 2 - Obama, who has been vocally against the bill, vetoes it. 3 - Congress overrides Obama's veto and makes the bill a law. 4 - Backlash ensues. 5 - The passage of the law was obviously Obama's fault, per the GOP POO for two reasons: (a) Obama didn't educate Congress properly (b) Obama didn't participate in the legislative process. Yes, their argument is that the President didn't educate the legislature because Congress shouldn't have to know anything unless the president tells them. And, apparently, Congressional Republicans are upset that the Executive isn't participating enough in Legislative matters. Yes, you read that right. Google is giving some love to G Suite Drive users. A feature I'd love to see is being able to share as email's content to Calendar. I can't tell you how many times I've received an email and had to open Calendar to add the details to a specific date. Facebook is preparing to launch Facebook for Work as a communications tool designed around "it's familiar." Did anyone tell the marketing folks at Facebook that nothing is familiar until it becomes familiar? For example, I find Google+ much more familiar than Facebook, but someone who's never used G+ might find it daunting at first. This goes for any tool from which OS is on your computer to which paywall and accounting software your company uses. I'd been wondering about this ever since Google released #Allo to the world yesterday. Allo, for those of you who don't already know, is a new chat-messaging app by Google focused on end users while they divert attention from Hangouts to an enterprise only solution a la Skype, GoToMeeting and others. The one differentiating factor between Allo and the other messaging apps out there such as WhatsApp, Telegram and Viber is Google's new Assistant feature. In short, the Assistant built into Allo is an AI (artificial intelligence) you and I, and everyone else who uses Allo, will be training. You get a messaging app that competes directly with Hangouts and Google receives free crowd sourced learning for its AI.
