There's no such thing as a bad dog, only bad humans. Originally shared by Staci Finch Thompson Thanks to Jenella for the lead. "For over 100 years, pitbulls were “America’s Dog,” known for intelligence, faithfulness, sweetness of disposition and most of all, the quality they became renowned for, being the safest and most trustworthy dog with children. This remarkably tolerant breed, once the country’s mascot and its canine babysitter, we are now told are vicious, uncontrollable monsters so dangerous they need to be legislated against. The dogs of course are exactly the same. Only the owners have changed." http://www.ywgrossman.com/newblog/?p=774

That's weird.

That's weird. Android wanted me to fill in a captcha-type thing for one of the accounts I have connected to this device. The weird part? No matter what I typed in it didn't take. It was only after I kept the block blank that Android accepted it.
Just noticed I have the scrolling black bar now. Neat-o.

There is nothing new here.

There is nothing new here. Anyone who's ever had a dog understands that dogs read body language intuitively. A person or family with a dog has to be acutely aware of their body movements or they risk confusing the dog. It's also why dogs love people like me and are aggressive about people whose posture they can't read. http://healthypets.mercola.com/sites/healthypets/archive/2011/08/25/so-you-think-your-dog-can-read-your-mind.aspx

When I was in Florida in July my brother told me it was better to not get involved when you see something happen.

When I was in Florida in July my brother told me it was better to not get involved when you see something happen. He tried to argue that it was better for your personal safety if you just let the police take care of it. I argued otherwise: that each and every one of us has an inherent responsibility to act when we see wrongs being committed. I think Antonio Diaz Chacon would agree with me and there are people in that girl's family who are glad he didn't decide to stand by and wait for the police to handle the situation. Felicia Day has a good point about production costs and access to content. My question is this: if I'm forced to watch advertisements on "cable" and on streaming video, aren't the advertisers paying for the production costs as they've always done? I'm not sure about shows like The Guild or any other web-based content, how they make their production costs: do they advertise, charge a fee, accept donations? So, I went to the first annual Motorcycle Expo hosted by ABATE of Colorado this past weekend. There wasn't a lot of action going on (it was the last weekend of Sturgis after all and almost no marketing went into it at all) however I did get the camera out for the stunters show. I only brought one lens with me and it wasn't the best one for the show (18-55mm), but this is what I got.
