Something is going on with G+. First, a lot of images aren't coming in -- instead I'm seeing that old box with the symbols in it like we used to see back in the 90s when an image didn't load. I'm also not seeing my profile picture in the status bar and I was in the middle of typing in a comment when the screen shifted and where I was typing in a comment shifted with it. That said, I have no idea where that post went. I think it's time to log off.

For those of you who are paying attention... and by "those of you" I mean the person who accidentally stumbles upon this blog while searching for something interesting on the interwebz... I left Colorado and came to Florida to winter  here where I can still walk around barefoot and not have to worry about jackets, sweaters, snow or ice. Since I'm here, I wanted to explore Florida a little more. Last time I came down was this past summer when I came down for the final shuttle launch. Even though I grew up here we never explored much of what Florida has to offer and I found a really cool place that is barely an hour away from the town I grew up in called Bok Tower and Gardens  (and you can see my pictures from that day HERE ). My intent when I came down this time was to find more places that I didn't know about, places that were interesting and speak to Florida's culture as a state but that aren't touristy and internationally known attractions.  Do you

Just had a coversation with my brother. According to him, if you beat a dog or cat and it hasn't learned its lesson you just take if out to the country and let it go -- it will either survive or not. I told him that's why I will never leave my animals with him. He said my dog was the exception because it was trained. I asked him if he knew how long it took for me to train Rufus. He didn't care, either a dog was trained or it wasn't. Apparently for him: its just an animal not a member of the family. I asked him if his 8 year old daughter came "trained." He said that's different. I don't think so. (By the way, I treat Rufus better than he treats his daughter. Rednecks annoy me, even when I'm related to them.)

I really wish I could claim this post was a review of the Pirelli Angel tires, but it's not. Unfortunately, I bought some Pilot Road 2s this past spring and aren't through all the tread yet (even though I put a whopping 7,400+ miles on the PR2s) and I'm too poor to just go buy new tires all the time. However, I was talking to a fellow motorcycle rider today about the Angels and happened to mention how much I wanted a pair since I was such a huge fan of the Stradas . For all the marketing reasons I want the Angels, but when all is said and done, I really just want to be able to tell people I ride on the backs of Angels.  When I said that, another friend (who doesn't ride) looked at me and said, "Dude, you're the weirdest guy I know." I'm okay with that. :D

I have a friend who makes hand-made custom jewelry. She's looking for somewhere to sell her items, preferably with her own custom URL capabilities. Ha! I'm not even close to Sedalia, CO right now and that's the first place that popped up. Second, this post is about mobile posting on +. I'm a little annoyed with the mobile app. It seems like everytime I look at my stream and beging to read something the damn stream auto-updates and I lose whatever it is I was reading and have to search my stream for it. Sometimes I'm successful and sometimes I'm not. I've sent feedback on the mobile app numerous times but how many times can I repeat the same thing without becoming crazy? My Twitter and FB apps put any newcoming into a que until I choose to load them, why can't G+ mobile do something like that?
