First off: I'd ride it.

Secondly, my only problem with the electric Bikes, so far, is the limited range. Especially, out here in the west where you can go hundreds of miles in certain areas without a charging station.

With the right style - definitely. There should be enough space on a cruiser to store batteries. Unfortunately, most manufacturers seem only to think of sports/naked bikes. Plus, around here we only get scooter type, if we want electric...

I'd ride it too. Just ride a ebike that has hub motors in each wheel. The only difficult thing was on slippery surface. If the front wheel spins it was extremely difficult to not crash. But aside from that the draw back is recharge time and distance Jason's point is of concern. There are roads in South West or Western USA that may have 120 miles between any type of service
Station. And recharge time.
Style. I ride first looks are very minor to me
Bikes like these seem to be much more suitable for being a commuter bike, rather than one which would go great distance.

One hundred miles range on a charge would be fantastic in this type of use.
