Someone is nicer to TSA agents than I am. Read what Lucius Nite says about TSA and Constitutionally guaranteed right to move about freely.

It's pretty unbelievable how we have people in the military, that also work for the TSA, who have sworn an oath to protect the Constitution, and then they violate our Constitutional rights by searching every single person that goes through airport security.
Every single time I go through security I opt out of the scanning. Each time I opt out I'm required to receive the full pat down. Every time they start putting their hands down my pants I ask them questions about how they personally feel about all of this "required" screening.
Of course, their default answer is that it's necessary in order to protect us. I then ask why the elderly (over 75) and the children (under 12) are allowed to go through security without removing their shoes or jackets. Apparently you're only a terrorist in between those ages. I ask them a ton of questions and I always get them to get their supervisor so I can ask them questions too. They either agree with me but can't speak up for fear of losing their jobs, or they're moronic zombies that believe everything they're told by their supervisors.
I explain to them that I'm an Army veteran and that they're completely unconstitutional with all of these unreasonable searches. One of the TSA agents that I spoke with was also in the Army. He told me that this is not unconstitutional because flying is a privilege, not a right. I asked what about the TSA being at bus stations and the like. Is it also not a right to travel by bus? He said that's correct. I said so I do not have the right to freely move about within my country without being unreasonably searched? He said that's correct.
The other TSA agent next to him told me to read the fine print on the ticket because it says that I waive my right to unreasonable searches. I said you're right, it does say that on the ticket, but it only says it because you, the government, force them into it. I asked her if she thought it was unconstitutional. She said no because of the fine print on the ticket. Fucking idiots!
It is amazing how brainwashed everyone is in this fucking country!!! And of course they all look at me like I'm the crazy one. Believing in the Constitution, and standing up to defend the Constitution makes you un-fucking-American in this country. We're all fucked.
