I'm with a smaller rural ISP that transmits via Wimax.
One of their promises is that there are no caps or data limits.
There is a hardware limit of 7 megabits/sec on the top level plan.
We do pay more as well at $89 CAN per month.
But it is much better than cell data, which everyone outside of towns was limited to less than 3 years ago.
Then it was 6-10 GB/month at $189 CAN/month.
Crazy, huh?
My sister in Calgary is with Shaw for around $25 CAN/month with lots of speed, but limited data.
