The water doesn't go from the toilet to the sink, it goes out from there. Its a one way system.
I like this. Haley O'Neill Your toilet and bathroom sink already get clean water from the same line, just as this image shows. The only change here is that the sink now drains in to the toilet tank, which saves water.

The control panel is for controlling the heated seat and the bidet. To flush there is a handle but some toilets have an electronic control for that too.
