Uh-oh.

Uh-oh. Sanders' campaign may not be so pristine after all. I get it, Unions are where your bread and butter are, but lying and cheating your way into a Union event in order to campaign is a little devious, in my opinion. Why couldn't they have just hung out at the hotel bars or somewhere equally likely to be frequented by Union members and then network their way to the Union leadership? It's not that hard.

I don't think that Sanders can control all of his supporters. Did this action come from his campaign or is it something his supporters brainstormed outside of it?

Nicolas DeWolfe That is a good question, but the opposition is, of course, going to claim that Bernie said to do it. And that narrative will stick in the minds of people who don't know enough about how these things work. It's unfortunate.
I'd blame this on the individual supporters unless something came up where it looked like he sent the order. Otherwise this is a non-story.

Oh, I agree whole heartily. Sanders, like any candidate, isn't micromanaging his supporters and these guys could be acting on their own accord.
