Seems legit. I mean you don't really need encryption. Who needs to keep secrets unless you're doing something wrong? Besides if we can't get a warrant it's much easier to use a backdoor.

It's a double edged sword. The same encryption that protects you protects those who use it to hide what they do wrong. The same LACK thereof allows those same persons to take advantage of you
