TSA already has a number of key-shaped knives on their list, including credit-card sized folders by SOG and Spyderco.

Having them on the list and actively finding them are two different things.
I had the little bastards find a 1.5" long jack-knife in my carry on tucked in with cables, battery packs, flashlight, etc. I was actually pretty amazed they found it.  I think this would probably get through though.

Telling them that you know how to create a projectile weapon  using post-security check items that has a range of 20 feet and can blow a garbage can sized hole on a 1/2" sheet of plywood is not advisable though .... even if it's true.

I disapprove of security theatre.
