If there were clear signs stating not to deface property, then good they should be charged. There's no excuse for that, and if they allow people to get away with doing that then you know there would be a lot more doing it & the building would be ruined.

I agree wholeheartedly, April Benney​. But its Italian courts that rules geologists can be held accountable for earthquakes. With a court system that faulty in logic I wouldn't want to be anywhere near it, no matter the charge.
