They should sue the school in the same way you'd sue the police for false arrest...they want to act like cops then they need to be treated like cops...which means they better be right when they charge you with a "crime".
So, innocent until proven guilty doesn't apply to the schools....they are above the law....interesting...
In my opinion as a parent of 3 zero tolerance and kids do not remotely go together. Schools, of all places, need to be a place where learning can occur even when mistakes are made. This is really just lazy administration...they don't have to investigate or be right they just have to have zero tolerance for drugs or anything that looks like drugs...
