Do you qualify to vote?

Do you qualify to vote? I don't -- not by many of these new rules. You see, my parents weren't married when I was born so I have my mom's maiden name on my birth certificate. I have never in my life used my mother's maiden name for anything. It nearly stopped me from getting a passport once, too.

And yet, I cannot prove my last name when I was born.
