The good news is, with all the flooding in the area, the fire is not likely to spread, but I think the takeaway here is Texas' "anti-regulation" climate isn't very good for business. Yes, not many people could have foreseen this level of flooding, but some sort of emergency action plan should have been in play, especially after Katrina and Sandy.

Oh look, they lobbied for reduced regulations. So, are we going to hold them to a higher standard now? That would be "letting the market take care of it."
