jason samenow wrote the article that Alexander S. Kunz links to (anf yhanks for a link, i do appreciate people putting in more than just "bunchwordshere." he is indeed a meteorologist and works for the Post. i googled him and it seems he is a "climate denier." since the facts are indeed facts, i can only assume he is much like the /two guys/ (and onlt two) in the science field who were the go-to guys when you wanted the (psuedoscience) "other side" to ""balance" your article. sometimes there is no valid other side. those guys (i knew their names and later will find and pist them) turned outto be empkoyed by petrochemcompanies and made wages higher than if they had just worked intheir chosen field. but decide for yourself. here is samenow's Twitter https://mobile.twitter.com/jsamenow. soon i will look more deeply into him. follow the money and so on. tho i never formally use my journalism degree, i find it useful as hell in researching stuff. and i learned to research whensupporting my famiky by editing science books. at my university a bunch of science was mandatory regardless of major. hated it then. glad now.

btw,its notalways simple to evaluate what's said. thats why its important to see what else someone has done when they say things that most if their peers disagree with. they may be seeing somethingithers miss. they may be making their pile in a way that jibes with their words (and is hidden from view). they may just enjoy trolling. they may be honestly wrong. you cant know just by reading one post.
