The town I love in recently invited freaking as close as s few hundred yards from neighborhood. The city government keeps trying to tell everyone freaking is safe - it wrong harm a thing.

The neighborhood should tell the city government they need more than just their say-so that it is safe and provide independent, third-party monitoring. Maybe a nearby college or university would be interested in the task?

Officials here in California finally confessed last week to gross oversight (aka negligence) in the amount of toxic waste water that was pumped into already depleted aquifers and drinking water supply. It's a far-fetched idea, but many are hoping to be able to seek criminal charges against those responsible.

A good friend has been fighting for 10 years to get the oil and fracking operations out of the public park and nature trails that adjoin his property and surrounding neighborhood.
