If the director of the CIA isn't safe from Verizon's terrible customer service, then who really is? If the director of the CIA can't protect his own email how are we to expect him to be "security" minded enough to function in his role? If the CIA director is passing high level emails from his CIA account to his AOL (hey, don't laugh - my mom uses AOL for some reason) then isn't he a security risk? If he's doing it, how many other high level government employees are using personal cloud-based emails for government work? Is a private server more secure than cloud email?
