Muse TD is under the impression that popularity of an idea makes that idea more valid than ideas based in fact, logic or reason. (Read share to understand)

So, I ask the Plusverse, does popularity of a person or opinion make that person or opinion more correct than another less popular opinion?

I already have my opinion on the matter, but I want to put it to a discussion.

No.  Popularity of a person or opinion does not make that person or opinion more correct than another less popular opinion or person.

Other than that, I have nothing more to say.  I won't touch politics or religion in social spaces with a ten-foot pole.

Fact, logic and reason are greatly over rated. Of course so is popularity for that matter.

Bobbi Jo Woods, thanks for answering. I'm not asking anyone to get involved in the conversation, I merely used it as the source of my question.

She'll probably be blocking me shortly anyway.
