Here's a technique for +1ing posts in a way that saves them in the +1 area of your profile for later reference:

1. Go to the post's permalink page by clicking on the date.

2. Use the chrome +1 extension to +1 that specific URL

3. See my linked +1 area for the Neil van Niekerk post I just +1'd and saved
