Just watched as a woman passed 3 open spaces, parked in a NO PARKING zone and then went inside the library. She was in there about the same amount of time as I was and I parked in an open space and walked in. She didn't use the quick-drop return slot or anything. She went in, browsed and then checked something out.

Wow.

people are like that, the other day I kindly asked some lady at the 10 items or less lane if I could go in front of her, I had only one sub and she had a cart full of groceries I'd say 50+ items, she said no. The cashier looked at her and said "Mam you need to use to other register, so do don't worry, karma is a b....

Reminds me of the Fear and Loathing in LV movie. "This isn't a reasonable place to park?" Maybe she was seeing the crocodiles and needed a book about grapefruit history.
The etiquette has changed, and not for the better I would argue.
