This is well above my pay grade, but fascinating nonetheless. Let me ask, though: if something is moving at it's ground state - it's expanding energy - then is truly a ground state, or do we just need to adjust for a new ground?

Again, this is far beyond my rudimentary understanding of physics so forgive my question if it seems too simple.
