There was never a true separation of Church and State. The very fact that the president of the United States must swear on the Bible in order to become president signified that Church and States exist as a union not separate.
James Dubreze there is no rule saying that the elected president has to use a Bible. It is merely tradition

While it is true there is no official registration, this regime is savvy. They will use social media, and all the info the government already has on us, to put us all into nice neat little lables. You should be OK jason, you are of the "right" decent, but your liberal leanings... well that'll get you in trouble.

CathiBea Stevenson is correct. There is no requirement that a Bible be used, and the words "so help me god" are not in the official oath, but have been snuck in (unconstitutionally, in my view).

While the ban is wrong our constitution doesn't apply to non US citizens. Eric Garland is wrong or just hyping things up.

Dean Hayes yes it does. Aside from running for office or voting, that is. The Bill of Rights apply to everyone within the domain of the USA.

If you believe otherwise, pleae open up your copy and show where it states otherwise.

He doesn't differentiate between those in the borders. Outside of country the Bill of Rights can't be used. A Syrian Christian can't use it in Syria. All people including Christan's, Jews, athiest and Muslims from those countries have been blocked entry. Wrong yes but they are not protected by the Constitution

Dean Hayes, outside our borders the Constitution doesn't apply to anyone. That's where international law and treaty come into play.
