I have a feeling this is just the first wave of senior officials to leave their posts in the coming months. Already we've seen lower level bureaucrats go rogue on Twitter letting the rest of the world know very few people are actually interested in a #TrumpNation.

They might as well retire every president comes in and staffs government with his own people why should Trump be any different

Wayne R the only difference is that you usually have the old guard stay around long enough to show you where the restroom is. Trump is kicking them out before new bosses are in place. I've seen this happen before. The underlings take over and tell the new boss all type of crap and will do things to protect their own jobs. It's not a smooth transition and the incoming leaders will spend the next 2 years figuring out how things run, when to outgoing administrators could have told them in 10 minutes.

David Simmons but if the Old Guard is diametrically opposed and certified obstructionist in every way to the new guard they gotta go
