EFF has seen a lot of stupid patents, yet this is one of the
stupidest: a patent that takes the well-known concept of a competition
by popular vote and applies it to the modern context of generic
computer networks.  So we're fighting the patent in court, on behalf
of a photo hobbyist who just wants users to vote for the best shot.
