Some people claimed that the Saudi government was somewhat complicit in the attacks on 9/11 due to the fact that the leader of al'Qaeda, Osama bin Laden, and 19 of the 20 hijackers were Saudi nationals.

Now, evidence comes to light that Saudi Arabia's Princes may have colluded to bring down the American President. One of those princes is now the King of Saudi Arabia.

But ... Moussaoui, who is making these claims, has been in American custody for 14 years. Is he of sound mind or just making claims he knows will get attention? Why is the Saudi government so insistent on getting Moussaoui's claims dismissed? Politics or do they have something to hide?

Moussaoui's layers tried to claim he wasn't mentally capable of standing trial ... was this a legal tactic or was it pressure by the US government, or the Saudi princes, to sweep these claims under the rug?

If it can be proven that the new Saudi king once worked to have the President of the United States assassinated, will such revelations mar US/Saudi relations or will bygones be bygones because Saudi Arabia has oil and the USA is still an oil-based economy?

Circles within circles, conspiracies within conspiracies?

It will be interesting to watch this play out. Who wants to guess how long it will be before Moussaoui is dead? Saudi money can buy a lot of guards.
