Just go to G+ communities and look for "roads we love to drive on" there isn't a link as such. Your pic is thee (with credit to you) already! See you there :)
No, it's a g+, community I have no idea where the link is for it. It's on the left hand side of your G+ login screen. If you say so I will un-post it so you can find and post it yourself but you need to see the communities ( there are hundreds of them) and see the great stuff posted there..
Sorry mate, I can't find it on my iPad, it seems to hide the headers, or I am missing something. Can you find the communities tab on your G+ homepage? Once you open communities you'll be able to search to "roads we .." etc and you'll see it. There are communities for anything you like, bikes, scenery, ghosts, windows & doors, street photography .. Anything! Take a look :)
So, Minnesota would rather people not be able to advance themselves without the officiating organization paying a fee, first? Do libraries have to pay a fee to lend books? Do documentaries put together by universities have to pay a fee first? If I move into the state and give away old college text books, do I have to pay a fee first? http://www.forbes.com/sites/evapereira/2012/10/19/minnesota-bans-free-online-education/
What do you do when someone you've had circled for years decides they no longer want comments on their posts and, therefore, turns them off for each new post? Keep in mind, this is supposed to be "social" media.

There's always a link.
