First, all I used was Picasa where obviously I cropped the image

First, all I used was Picasa where obviously I cropped the image,
then I turned it to black and white,
and added some warmer tones (which I think is a better look than plain sepia),
then opened it in Picnik and added some hexagons,
and a mirror-frame,
and some texture.

This is what you get.
