Regardless, have you ever had someone "road rage" you while riding? What happened?

After an argument, she follows this Navy chief petty officer who's on a motorcycle in her car, at soeeds over 90 miles an hour. She bumps his motorcycle and knocks him off, then 'accidentally' runs over him, and he dies. For this she gets six years in prisom for involuntary manslaughter.

This is not justice.

It won't open for me either. I'm very familiar with the case. Can you believe this?? Riders in San Diego are out of their minds over this and I don't blame them. What an Injustice.

Article opens on tablet. Sad story. Luckily I only encountered some idiots so far, not outright maniacs...

Alan AJ Jones it's been a while since I've had problems with anyone on the road, but a camera would have give me something to show the cops, I've got one now but I want 360° coverage

I don't think involuntary gets it. I think she should have gone down for second degree.

Calling her behavior “outrageously reckless,” a judge on Friday sentenced a young woman to six years in prison for chasing a motorcyclist on two San Diego County freeways and causing the crash that killed him.

Darla Renee Jackson, 27, of Imperial Beach sobbed in the courtroom as she heard her punishment, stemming from the 2015 death of Zacharias Buob, a 39-year-old Navy chief petty officer.

As Chula Vista Superior Court Judge Francis Devaney ordered the sentence, Jackson lowered her head on the table in front of her, repeating the word, “No.”

Jackson pleaded guilty in January to voluntary manslaughter in connection with the incident, which prosecutors have said was sparked by road rage.

Buob died following a collision that occurred after he and Jackson got into an altercation on May 28, 2015. Both had been driving north on Interstate 5 near E Street in Chula Vista, then onto Highway 54.

Jackson, who was driving a Nissan Altima, pursued Buob at speeds reaching up to 90 mph and crashed into his motorcycle when the traffic slowed in front of them. Buob was thrown to the ground.

She ran over him as she swerved her car to avoid the fallen motorcycle. Buob died later at a hospital.

“Whatever the purpose, she chased. She sped. She followed too closely. and she hunted him down,” Deputy District Atty. Laura Evans said during the sentencing hearing.

“Oh, my God. Oh, my God, no!” Jackson said moments before sheriff’s deputies led her out of the courtroom.

Yeah, I knew she chased him. They both were yelling and arguing, but he tried to avoid her and get away. She drove on the shoulder to catch up and then run him down. I'm seriously sick about it.

Riders in San Diego were showing up to the court house to let the judge and jury know how serious this was. Also, this happened during a time when blacks across the country were getting so much media attention with their police protests, that riders wanted to make sure this murder didn't get buried by the press.
