I had a whole slew of people block me a couple of year ago for stating that beards make men seen less trustworthy and that those who grow them are overcompensating lost masculinity. Seems science backs me up (again).

In the western hemisphere, beards are a trend.  Is it trendy to be less trustworthy and/or sexist, or are the less trustworthy/sexist more likely to be bearded? Or is this a reflection of fear of muslims, which have an overrepresentation of people with beards, simply because people from the middle east appear to have a genetic disposition for facial hair?

Most beards are revolting. Therefore, having a beard must be linked to impaired capacity of self criticism, unrealistic self perception, and narcissism.
