Can't decide is this is an official GDocs sharing request or if there's some sort of spoofing of this email address going on. The sender is known to me personally, so I don't think she'd actively try and steal information from me. Plus, she's like 65 and wouldn't know how to do this anyway.

I might. I can't imagine why a Google Doc would have come from a Yahoo account, though. Yes, the email was sent through a Yahoo account.

Doesn't actually matter to you if the bogus E-mail actually came from her account or not. Checking the URL of "View your document" would likely show the real purpose of the E-mail, to drive traffic to some site for phishing purposes or otherwise.

Hmm well you can send emails, from your gmail, from other accounts.  I have never used that in my Drive though, and am not sure you even can do that.  I would send her a note, and ask her hey did you ...

I do that with all hinky things, but hey I have "trust issues".   giggles
