Then run: If it hasn't started (finished after a long pause) downloading run: wuauclt.exe /updatenow
1) Check your installed upgrades for KB3035583. You should have received it a month a half ago in the downloader.
2) Once the Windows DL has started look for a folder named C:\$Windows.~BT
3) This will be hidden so you have to enable the view hidden folders setting.
4) Then run. If it hasn't started (finished after a long pause) downloading then run wuauclt.exe/updatenow
That's what my friend needed to do to get his install to work.
