Soon after the attack on two military offices in Tennessee, a few guys came out of the woodwork who are so fucking stupid they think the military needs them to stand guard outside recruiting centers.

“I’m nobody special,” drooling moron Christopher Reed said. “I’m just a guy doing my job because my own government wouldn’t do it.” He apparently makes his living “working side jobs,” and his job this week, as he saw it, was to stand outside an Armed Services Career Center with his AR-15.

The military is not run by blithering idiots like Mr. Reed, and does not want its recruiting centers armed to the teeth, nor guarded by thick-headed wannabees, and Mr. Reed today got a lesson in why not: a negligent discharge. (Had he served in the military, which he did not, he’d probably have had a drill sergeant tell him there is no such thing as an “accidental” discharge.)

Unfortunately, neither he nor his brothers-in-idiocy seem dissuaded by this lesson. “It is what it is,” the knucklehead said. “Nobody got hurt.”

“They won’t give these guys any weapons to carry or keep in a safe,” another fucking idiot said. “If we don’t do it, who is going to do it? It’s a matter of safety.” Really? How about if you go the fuck home and put your fucking guns away, in the name of safety?
