Right there: Deutsche Bank is more concern with what Robert Mueller may uncover in his investigation than they are in Jared Kushner and are willing to throw him under the bus to protect the rest of their business dealings.

“What BaFin will do about [the bank’s findings] is not the bank’s greatest concern,” the German magazine reported. “Rather, it’s the noise that U.S. special counsel Robert Mueller … will make in his pursuit of Trump. For he will likely obtain this information—a giant risk to [the bank’s] reputation.”

#DonaldTrump is going to love this one.

The Newsweek item and the Mother Jones articles are curious. The MM post both link to lacks specific statements both quote. There is a correction of the original post from September saying there was NO formal report only an oral one. Then discussion of anxiety about the bank's reporting in general but nothing more about Kushner nor Trump that is current. If MM published that, it is in a different article neither U.S. mag links to. I read 4 articles on MM's site, none have the report Mother Jones quotes and Newsweek copied.
