Does that sound like #DonaldTrump to you?

Does that sound like #DonaldTrump to you? I can't quite tell. It's not long enough to get any of his speech patterns down and it's certainly not clear (having probably been recorded on tape - tape that's 30years old).

Has he ever said why he happened to name his youngest son Barron?

Apart from the fact he's changed his accent, this sounds like Trump's voice to me.

Because there’s no one in the organization named John Barron, it lends credence to the ‘it’s Donald Trump’ claim.

If you mean the one in which he's pretending to be John Barron, I just played the recording. It's 100% Trump. He can't shed that stink.

Bob Lai Right. Who would pretend to be the non-existent John Barron in order to lie about Trump's wealth — apart from Trump himself.

Bodhipaksa I don't know, a lawyer of Trump's? Lawyers can be paid to do just about anything. See: Cohen.

That's true, Jason ON, but it does sound like his voice to me, and he is known to have impersonated non-existent people in order to talk about himself.

The second of these sources confirms that Trump admitted under oath that he was John Barron. It's hardly up for question.

I just realized the original post above doesn't have the link with the voice recordings in it.

but when you listen recordings of his lawyers lying for him, like Roy Cohn, they sound completly different. I mean their choice of vocabulary (Cohn's "a house afire"), their lack of Trump's constant repetition ("consolidated" a dozen times in a minute), and Trump never fails to throw in the ad populum like in the recording "I guess it's come out now, pretty much come out, where people understand that...". As usual, in the absence of any facts, he just tells everyone that "people" are saying X as a substitute.
I could go on and on, actually, because all his speech has a bunch of identifying markers. His speech raises my hackles. I feel you could look at any Trump transcript and get a solid ID.
