If the voters don't approve a tax, a tax the state congress determines beforehand, then the whole constitutional Amendment is deemed null and void?

What if someone were to grow it in their back yard? Would that also be taxed?

You have to admit that they sorta shot themselves in the foot having that huge smoke out at the Capital and having someone get shot.

Not a shot in the foot at all. Look at all the club shootings or party shootings. Does this mean we repeal the repeal of prohibition?
