It's in the 1st part. He introduced this to try to get the powers that be to reconsider the "women in combat" roles.

Sometimes people submit poison amendments to try to kill a bill.  Serves them right when they get cooked for it.

No, there's a bill in the House to force women to register for the draft. There are still more steps before it becomes a law. https://youtu.be/FFroMQlKiag
