I stopped using FB for personal use about a month now. I still use the FB pages for my business. It hasn't had any negative impact on my business. If anything, I find G+ users more responsive, and tend to post more intelligent content.

Plussing on G+ doesn't seem to have the negative effects it does on FB, but commenting on G+ would give the positive aspects, I'm sure. Maybe I should try to comment more. :-)
