The question I have - why this man couldt buy his own shoes? Why is he not working to buy those shoes? Dont tell me he cant find a job - I'm an immigrant and doing ok, thank you god - it only requires your effort.
That being said, being bearfoot is, as the only explanation that make sence, was that man's cognitive choise. So, the driver's actions were, actually, not helping but encouraging homelesness, alcoholizm, drug use, etc as this homeless guy knows - there will always be someone to much off of.
Isn't this from somewhere in a bile: give men a fish and he will starve, but teach man to fish and ... something something....
but I digress.
