Oakland City Hall is completely unreachable. They are mass deleteing emails from Occupy supporters and their phones are shut down due to volume and their voicemail boxes are full. Time to move up the chain:

Supporting the Occupy movement or not isn't the question I'm asking myself - the question I'm asking myself is whether or not this will escalate into bigger problems.
