#DonaldTrump's administration is "evaluating" whether or not to, and what form, hurricane recovery assistance will be given to Puerto Rico. Apparently, Puerto Rico's debt, which Congress refused to help with, is making the administration worried PR might not be able to carry their own weight. Maybe Trump is holding out for a hotel/resort deal before rebuilding starts.

To be fair, assistance is heading to PR already, but when people's lives are on the line do you really have to think of assistance as a transactional course of action? Tit for that and all that?

He doesn't care if people die. American or not. If he has money to be made, I be he's stalling for the deal like your theory.
