She probably deserved it. I've worked in customer service long enough that there is always another side of the story.

Blake B, you complain to your coworkers or friends, you don't send a big FU to a customer and cancel their order for them.

Either you've never worked with the public or don't realize how terrible people can be, Jason ON. Ive had to tell customers they are never welcome back in stores and call the police on more than one occasion due to their behaviors.

I had exactly one retail job and one fast food job in my life. Both were customer facing. Otherwise I've worked with B2B clients.

Regardless of the customer's behavior, your behavior should be cloaked in professionalism.
