They're about halfway to their goal. Go sign - tell the Forest Service that they have not expressed a compelling reason why these horses need to be caught or slaughtered.

So... the Forest Service wants to round up the wild horses along the Salt River and... 
"Livestock not sold at public sale may be sold at private sale or condemned and destroyed, or otherwise disposed of as provided by Regulations 36 CFR 262.10(f)."
Seriously?
They say it's because of safety concerns surrounding the Forest Service's lack of authority to manage the horses, but reporters have been unable to find any reported injuries. 
If you have ever seen the Salt River horses ... they are amazing.
