On the (updated) Android mobile app, they are appearing right in the middle of my main stream, even though I have What's HOT disabled. However, on the desktop it seems to be hit or miss. On the WH tab they are definitely there. But in the main stream, it seems sometimes you see them mixed in, but most of the time not so much. I think because they are still working on so many different bug fixes, hopefully this will all even out in a few days.
Christina Lihani For me, at least (and many others in the US, or so I've heard today), the Birthday reminders are still on the top right corner of the search page.
