Oh c'mon of there was to be a secret martial law decree the first thing that would happen would be conclusive proof that the Tea Party was a terrorist organisation closely followed by rounding all those nutjobs up and shooting them.

Actually, Eric K , it's not an acronym. Well, it could have been made into one, but originally it wasnt. The Tea Party got its name from the Boston Tea Party as in "opposed to taxation" and rebelling against what they think is an out of control government
