George Zimmerman is a man who got away with murder.
George Zimmerman is a man who got away with murder. He did so because of an incompetent justice system and a broken law, not because if any inherent morality or strong ethical code.
And yet he's held aloft as a hero by the libertarians out there, deifying his take charge self defense as one of their base beliefs: a man should be able to protect himself at all costs.
They forget the man left the safety of his home when he saw someone whom he perceived as a threat. He followed that person while armed with a gun and confronted that person. When he started losing the fight he started he resorted to deadly force.
The man is slime, not a hero.
