Strange, the article I see at that URL does not mention Tucson.

Shean McCollin, the article has Tucson in the chart at the bottom, but if you move your mouse over the circle in Arizona it's labeled Phoenix.

I think it's weird the article states the average spent is $55/year. When I bought books I'd spend $8/week. Now I get mine from the library, it's cheaper. ;)
