So, Luigi Buscemi, you're saying freedom of speech (expression) should be punishable by restricting your rights to move freely within the nation?
Maybe that first comment was written in sarcasm font?...  Attitudes like that are how we ended up with security theater in the first place.
No actual threat was ever made, it was overreaction to a criticism.  The shirt was no more a threat of violence than a shirt with the words "thermonuclear bomb" on it, or even "I'm here to chew bubblegum and kick ass.  Damn, I just swallowed my gum."

Using the "he was asking for it, just look at how he was dressed" line does not excuse the crap job done by these government employees.

E: and Delta...but I haven't flown them in quite some time anywho.

Dominic Phillips, actually it was Delta itself that threw the man off the flight. TSA let him through.
Sorry, yes, I meant the at the gate and follow-up "attention" from the NFTA not TSA.

So, let's change the scope of this conversation. Let's say it's a girl wearing a tShirt that says "I like to F-CK." Since she's looking for attention, does she deserve to be raped?

It is neither illegal nor unconstitutional to be a tool or an attention whore. I personally think the shirt is funny. How does wearing a shirt endanger people? How does this Keystone-cops-style reaction make us any safer? I agree, I'll be avoiding Delta in the future.

Not at all, Will White. Break it down to it's components. (1) A person, (2) wearing clothing designed for attention, (3) receiving negative attention.
