Tattoos are supposed to be records of youthful indiscretions. Why ruin a good thing?

Yes, I know this doesn't prevent people getting permanent ink ... until some sort of anti-tattoo crusaders convince a congressman that temporary is good enough.

I've mentioned this before, but there are just too many mediocre tattoo "artists" out there. So people getting a temporary tattoo, will often end up with permanent scars that aren't hidden by any ink.
