no but ive been learning (and putting into practice!) about eating (and treating, tho rarely needed if you get eating right) in the healthiest possible ways.

looks like a useful and engaging (to those who like learning) film.

I've see this a while back and, while I agree with the storyline, I've learned to take any and all sensational facts with a bit of scepticism
